Works without internet

Data from the field
The people who visit stores and homes use an Android app that works without internet. Your office team uses the back office, the website where they plan the work, check every answer and send clients their files.
Both use the same app and the same phones. Both arrive in the same review list in the back office.
Plan visits to stores. In each store, record what is on the shelf, the prices and the stock. Check each visit, then send the client their file.
See a store auditWrite the questions once. Collect answers in person or through a web link. Check the answers, then download them.
See a surveyThe same four steps for an audit or a survey.
Add your stores and your people from an Excel file. Write the questions, with sections, required answers and rules that skip questions. Then publish them.
Your team uses the Android app. It shows one question per screen and works with or without internet. Web surveys collect answers through a link.
Supervisors approve or reject each visit or interview. They can also send a store visit back, to be done again by a date. Visits sent far from the store, or done very fast, get a warning.
Download the answers as an export: a spreadsheet file in Excel or CSV, laid out the way your client wants. Send these files by email at set times, or share them in the client portal, where your client downloads them.
What matters when your team is away from the office.

The phone compares its GPS position with the store's position. Each organisation chooses what happens when they are far apart: show a warning, ask for a reason, or stop the visit from starting.
You install it from a link or a QR code in the back office. You do not need an app store.
Photos are taken in the app and stay with the visit. When you check the visit, they open next to the answers.
In the app, the back office, the client portal and the web forms.
Each organisation can turn on tasks, approval of new stores and the GPS rule. So a team can start with the basics.
