These terms cover your use of orbitus.vision and of the public survey forms that Orbitus hosts.
Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
This website and Orbitus belong to DICE - Development in Computer Engineering, Lda. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean DICE.

If you are a customer
Your use of Orbitus is governed by the agreement you signed with DICE. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
These terms cover only this website and the public forms.
Using this website
- You may read, link to and share the pages of this site.
- Sending the contact form is a request to talk. It is not an offer or a contract, and it does not bind you or us.
- Prices on the site are list prices. They can change, and they do not include IVA (VAT) or other taxes where these apply. The price you pay is the one in your signed agreement.
- We work to keep the site correct and available. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Public survey forms
Organisations use Orbitus to run surveys on forms.orbitus.vision.
- Your answers go to the organisation running the survey. That organisation decides how they are used.
- That organisation's own privacy notice applies, as well as ours.
- We host the form and store the answers for that organisation, as our Privacy Policy explains.
- Answer only for yourself, and do not send false answers on purpose.
What you must not do
When you use this site or the public forms, do not:
- Attack them, overload them or try to break into them, or into the systems behind them
- Copy their content or data in bulk, by hand or with automated tools (scraping)
- Send spam, harmful code, or content that is illegal or abusive
- Pretend to be someone else
- Use them to break the law
We may block anyone who does these things.
Who owns what
- Orbitus, its name, logo and software, and the content of this site belong to DICE. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except where the law allows.
- Data that customers collect with Orbitus belongs to the customer, not to DICE.
- Answers you give on a survey form go to the organisation that runs it.
No promises about the website
We provide this website and its content as they are. We do not promise that the site is always available, complete or free of errors.
Its content is general information, not advice for your situation.
As far as the law allows, DICE is not liable for any loss from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique.
If you live in another country, you keep any protection that your own law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date.
If you use the site after a change, the new terms apply.
