Surveys
One questionnaire, answered in person or through a link.
Write the questions in the back office, the website your office team uses. Send them to your interviewers' phones, or share them as a web survey. Check every answer in one list, then download them.
01
Write the questionnaire
In the back office you add sections, questions, required answers and rules. Rules can skip ahead, end the questionnaire, or show and hide questions. An answer such as Other can ask the person to type what they mean. You can see how it looks in the app and on the web form. Then you publish a version.
- Question types: choice, number, date, scale, text, photo, location, ranking and grid
- A diagram of the rules, so you can check every path
- Templates and a library of questions you can reuse
- Changes go live only when you publish them
02
Collect in person or through a link
Interviewers use the same Android app as store auditors. It shows one question per screen and keeps the answers on the phone until they can be sent. The same questionnaire can also go out as a web survey: an open link that anyone can answer, or a personal link for each person you invite.
- Invitation links can have a use limit and an end date
- When a project is paused or finished, the web survey stops taking answers
- The web form works on phones and computers
03
Check
Interviews from the field and answers from the web arrive in the same review list as store visits. You approve or reject each one, with its answers, its photos and how long it took in view.
- Approve all responses without warnings in one step
- You can correct an answer while you check it. The change is recorded.
04
Download
An export is a spreadsheet file. Download approved responses as Excel or CSV files. Answers can be words or number codes. Choose one sheet, easy to read in Excel, or three sheets for reporting software. Text typed under Other gets its own column.
- Export templates keep the same layout every time
- Files sent by email at set times
- A JSON data link for reporting software. It needs a key and can only read.

The same system runs store audits
Store audits run in the same app, with the same team. They have a list of stores, a shelf check for each product, prices, photos and GPS checks. They use the same review list, the same files and the same client portal.
